Start Stop button won't stop the workout

Suunto T3C watch won't stop when I press the Start Stop button. That is, it thinks I have been working out for the last 5 days (only realised it yesterday). Is this a simple case of taking the battery out and putting it back in again? Or do I need to replace the battery?

I cannot clear a 'to a location' screen

I too was frustrated with this one. I played with the watch until I found the solution... Hope this helps!

For some reason I needed to be in the training mode to do this.

From the Time/Date mode, do the following:
1.) Press the start/stop button (upper metal button) to get out of Time/Date mode
2.) Press the Training side of the bezzle. You will see a workout display.
3.) Touch the GPS side of the bezzle until "to location" shows up
4.) Press the lap/reset button (lower metal button) to display a menu (may have to do this a couple of times, eventually when you release the button the menu does show up)
5.) Slide downward through the menu options until you find GPS
6.) Click the start/stop button (upper metal button) to toggle the gps on or off
7.) Press the lap/reset button (lower metal button) to exit the menu (goes to the "to a location" screen)
8.) Press and hold the Training side of the bezzle to return to your training screen

The watch stops instead of the chrono

On this type of watch the second should not be working unless you are in the chrono mode. The lower dial should be the only indication of the seconds when not in chrono mode. You probably need to have the chrono reset and shown how the functions work. Try a Fossil location they will be able to tell you how to work this watch. It does not sound like this is a major problem.
