I had to work on the garbage disposal and for safety I turned the kitchen power off at the fuse box. But after I fixed the disposal and sink and returned power to the kitchen the stovetop will not light. I lift the hood to try and relight the pilot light but it will not light but if I turn on one of the burners and use the lighter it works fine. Also while the stove used to click when I had the knob on ignite it now does not. Is there something I can do to fix it?
Often to light pilots you have to turn a small knob to "pilot" and hold it in while you light the pilot. Sometimes it's just a button you have to hold it while you light it. Also after it is lit, keep the button/knob held in for about 60 seconds in case a thermocouple needs to warm up to hold the pilot on.
You also may have lost power to the stove. If that is the case it is probably on a GFI (ground fault interrupt circuit) and you can try to press the "reset" button it it. It is probably a normal power outlet with little red and black buttons between the two outlets. If that is not it I would check the breaker (or fuse).

no gas flow sounds like a bad gas regulato on the stove. as for the 5 year old ge profile with ignitors not working, you need a part called a spark modual

its possible your gas regulator is bad or the gas line to the ignitor is stopped up look at the line and see if some type of food has blocked the outlet

I have a GE Gas Stove XL44 the stove top buners don't light by themselves without manual lighting. When I turn on the buner knob the buner doesn't click. Also I used my self- cleaning oven for the first time and stopped it before the time was up after that is when the stove top buners wouldn't light by theirselves.

If your top burners are not lighting or will not work, it is possible that the burners have become dirty or wet. Please follow the troubleshooting directions below before calling service:
