Check with the manufacturer at their web site and see if they provide any drivers. Windows 7 is so new that they may not have designed any for your printer. You may also call their tech support and ask them directly. Check out the number at their web site.

yes it will not work on windows 7 but you can run tally 9 you have option of downgrade the windows 7 or migrate to tally 7 to 9 otherwise it will not work,
