Sounds like a bad power supply or Motherboard. You will need to replace power supply first to determine if the board has died or not. You should be able to install any ATX power supply for your board no need for HP specific. If the Board has died the solutions available are a little more tricky. one idea is take it to a local computer store and have them give you an estimate to fix.
