This sounds like the relay on the main board has failed. You will need to see if you have power going into the control. If you do replace the ERC (main control). You can also carefully inspect the board for burn marks if you see any replace it. Here is a link that will help you check and replace this http://appliancehelponline.com/ovenerc.html

Hi.
F3 E2 is a temperature runaway error. It means that the control board detected that the oven is too hot. If there is no effective overheating the error occurs because the temperature sensor is shorted.
here the explanation from manual:
F3 E2 : Oven too hot, over heating
Solution:
Test and replace oven temperature sensor.
Before replacement the temperature sensor must be tested. A good sensor will read about 1080 Ohms at room temperature. If the sensor is shorted will only read a couple of Ohms or zero.
If the sensor is good the problem can be the control board, wiring to temperature sensor, or in sporadic cases an heating element that stays always on because of a wiring contact. The last case is quite uncommon.
The most common fault is a defective temperature sensor. The sensor is a probe located inside the oven cavity. The sensor is attached to a two wires connector and held by one or two screws. Disconnect power. Remove the sensor. Undo connector and read Ohms at connector. If there is low impedance replace the probe.
Here a tip explaining how to find parts and diagrams for most aplliances: Where do I find parts and diagrams for my appliance?

Are you sure that no one has been taking the control nob off of the dial and turning it as a prank?
