SOURCE: my you tube dont work
Go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall> Exceptions> Click on add port.
Call it port 80.
In port number type in 80.
Then click on OK.
Then close all the windows.
Basically on the computer that is running apache (Server), YouTube is unblocking the port called 80. On some systems mainly XP home we found that port 80 was always blocked. Even though localhost worked, computers connecting to it would get an connection error. Also, if you have a 3rd party firewall, you have to unblock YouTube. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Hello,
Kindly find below the solution:
How to clear cookies temporarily:
1. Tools > Clear Private Data > Uncheck all but cookies > Clear Private Data Now or
2. Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): “Clear Now” or
3. Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: “Show Cookies” (specific problem sites)
If you have tried those resolves and are still not satisfied, try A different route:
Right click Start Button > Properties > Select Start menu (not classic) > Apply > Ok
Type %APPDATA% into search box at the bottom of the open start menu.
Goto “roaming” > Mozilla > FireFox > Profiles > should only be one folder left to choose.
(or address: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\profile folder)
Select cookies.sqlite (and cookies.txt if present) > Delete
Have a good day,
W.
