The unlock code is called puk code

Use the lock code instead of security code. It will ulock it. Defaults will be 1234 or 12345.

hey i have a motorola l7 and i forgot the password i used to lock the phone. can anyone help me figure out how to unlock my phone without having to carry it to a store. or how i can reset it.any help on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks. IMEI is 357258007658027

Application lock or Carrier Network SIM lock?

Application lock is a lock that prevents unsecured software from being installed on your phone. This is done usually by a Registry change/hack. Google yur phone model and "Application unlock".

Network(Carrier) SIM lock prevents you phone from being used a carrier other(SIM Card) than the carriers SIM card the phone is locked too.

You can Network unlock most phones by buying an UnLock code off ebay, cheaper, or website by just supplying the phones IMEI code under the phones battery. They will tell you where to find it, and will email you the unlock code from the IEMI code provide.

take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset teh code for you.

default unlock code is 1234....have u changed it???!!
default security code is 000000....u can enter security code by clicking on menu button when the phone prompts for unlock code....
if u have changed both of thm and forgot...thn only motorola can help u...

when it says to enter passcode press - button, that should bring up the security code. Enter 000000# This should work!

i changed my unlock code and set it so my phone locks as soon as you turn it on. But I forgot the code.... And i cant acess anything in the phone without it.. Help me plzzz
