Question about Jura Capresso Impressa E75 Espresso & Coffee Maker
It goes through the cycle but no coffee come out. It all ends up in the tray.
As described, the coffee is ground and the machine seems to go through its usual cycles however the unused (dry) grounds are dropped into the grounds collector and the water into the bin. I have also tried using pre-ground coffee and have experienced the same results.
Jura customer service agents act bery surprised by this problem and suggest sliding the moveable coffee dispensing head up and down firmly to try to jog-free anything that may be clogging the system. After doing so, they suggest running through a manual rinse cycle to see if anything comes out of the heads. Typically there are some grounds that make their way through. Sometimes this technique works and more often it does not. I have now wasted enough coffee to try to find a sustainable solution. I was wondering if you have solved your problem, as we have the same now. The coffee and the rinse goes straight in the tray. Please let me know what the outcome was. Thanks
