Wont unlock iphone wont unlock but I can slide up bottom bar and top bar

if sliding your finger across the "slide to unlock" bar won't unlock your iPhone it's possible that your touch screen is (partially) broken.
Try a reboot first: Hold the Power-Button until the "Power off" slider appears. Hopefully you can slide that. If not hold Power and Home-Button for approx. 10 seconds until the phone is off.

If after starting your phone again you can't "slide to unlock" you should see to get a screen replacement.

This depends if you are running iOS 6 or iOS 7

On iOS 6:
Double click the home button, slide to go left on the bar that appears (called the Multitasking tray), then tap the Curved arrow on the left.

On iOS 7:
Slide up from the very bottom of the screen, then tap the curved arrow.

You can actually lock your iPhone so you can't accidentally use it. Well, i have this steps of solution that you need hopefully in can help you.
Find a button on the top called the sleep/wake button. The button's a tiny black button on the right side of the phone. It's not actually on the screen part of the phone, but on the silver part.
Press it and your iPhone will lock.
Unlock your iPhone by noting the locked screen. You'll see a small bar at the bottom of the iPhone with instructions to slide the bar to the right to unlock your phone actually on the screen.

Slide your finger along this bar to unlock your phone.
Remember, you can still get phone calls and text messages even when you've locked your iPhone.

Check the 2 pins connected on the home button if touch the interface of the board,might not hitting that is why the slide unlock not working.

Try holding the top power button until unit turns off. Then Hold power button until apple logo appears. It should reboot.

try hard reset (hold down the power button and the central button until you see Apple logo on screen). If this wont help then use RESTORE.

try restoring your ipod....

try holding down at the same time both the round button at the bottom of the phone and the on-off switch at the top
this re-sets the phone and all should work again
