Why don't you ask Boost, then? Those settings are not device-dependent. As soon as you have them, input them via settings->connections. All you should need it
a) the APN of the connection (a name) b) whether they require the use of a proxy b1) if yes, the IP address and the port of it c) whether they require authentication (that's usually not the case) c1) if yes, your username and password
will not work with boost mobile, (even if it is unlocked) you might be able to use it with boost mobile cdma, which uses sprint service. they no longer advertise this service, but still accept new users. give boost a call and ask them for the boost mobile cdma number
