if marks are repeating themselves (same each time) it is your imaging unit if marks are random sorry to say it is your imaging unit However if it is a continuous line or shadow you might have an obstruction in the laser light path best to insert new new unit and go from there. You can always exchange back to the old unit
this error code means the fuser rollers failed to heat up you can reset the code by turning the machine off and hold down the utility\counter key while you turn the machine onwhen the trouble reset button shows on the touchscreen touch it and when it says ok turn the machine off then back on if the machine gives this erro again you will have to have the fuser replaced
I believe that machine uses the same print controller as the Bizhub C350. You will have to verify this - it's an optional unit attached to the rear of the machine. It will be where your network wire plugs in. It "should" be a IC-401 model print controller. That's the driver you need from Konica.
