Clean the rollers determine the type of paper are using is the paper with inspec's? For cleaning damp cloth with some soap/detergent.

streaks are caused by toner on paper path rollers, clean these and it should stop. Also dont overfill the casettes with toneer ( common with refurbished)

hi, rollers cannot be cleaned , this could as well be a driver conflict , reinstall the software drivers and check the Konica website for updates.

please your copyer couver is open and out of you in rcartriese out of copyer and clean air compres and check the fuzer light and punch roller and dram roller is also is currentluy ok and aply paper and start copyer.

you have to do maintance on the printer//needs to be cleaned/its in the printer program and then also clean rollers...;) oz

Clean the rubber roller that draws the paper in with isoproply alcohol, in future, blow dust off top sheet in paper stack before printing.

I have the same printer and had the same problem.
Cleaned takeup roller wit isopropyl and it has worked now for 18 months. If you dont use it often, remove top sheet from stack and blow the dust off it before printing.
