email Moultrie Feeders @ www.moultriefeeders.com;tell them your problem. There is a know issue with these lcd's and they will free-ship at no cost to you replacements

Call Moultire you will need your camera to get the code. Number to call is 8006533334 option 1 and 1 again.

Resetting the Moultrie A-5 Game Camera

HARD RESET TAKE OUT BATTERIES SD CARD PUSH THE ON OFF BUTTON FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS LEFT EVERYTHING OUT FOR 2-5 MINUTES. THEN PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN TURN THE CAMERA ON IT SHOULD SAY NO CARD. THEN TURN IT OFF THEN PUT THE SD CARD BACK AND TRY IT IN THE DARK AREA TO SEE IF THE FLASH WILL GO OFF. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK WILL NEED TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS.

LCD DISPLAYS FULL AND NO PICTURES TAKING

If you are using a 2.8 viewer from Moultrie with your A-5 Camera will need a software update and will need to have the camera and be by a windows computer. Call Moultire 8006533334 option 1 and 1 for a live person to help you.

I have forgotten my passcode on my moultrie game camera. It is a Gamespy I-65. Is this able to be reset in the field or does it have to be sent to factory?
