Bh 362 is the upgrade of Bh 200, 250 and 350 and on that model you need change drum and developer together. The drum counter message can be reset in service mode by a qualified tech after replacing those parts.

Restart the machine and wait for some time.If the basic screen shows and machine can make copies then its ok if not then again go to the administrator mode, network setting, check the ip if there is no ip then some of the options are missing.call your technical services representative or tell me in detail by email

c-2557= ATDC Sensor abnormality to reset go to service mode, to enter service mode perform these steps, 1-press utility/counter button from the panel, 2-press check details, and press "STOP" 0,0, STOP 0,1 3-now you are in service mode, 4-click on tech rep mode,or Adjustment 5-now click on "Printer" 6-here increase the value, suppose you have 150, make it 170, press the clear button to clear it and enter new value which should be more than the previous one. press enter and exit from the service mode.

Reset it, start it with the right door open, go to service mode, clear the counters for drum and developer and go to functions menu. Close the right door and start immediately the F8 function. It should work.
