If you mean that the Slides do not advance when you push the remote then You have the same problem I encountered on my Rollei P350A. I opened the projector and found that the Drive Belt between the motor and the Slide changing mechanism was broken. I actually found the black broken string in the Projector case. I did not fix my projector yet since I am looking for a replacement Drive Belt (posted question above a little while ago)
Your question seems to be mis-categorized under slide projectors, if you are asking about Rollei 35 SE camera, the lens will only retract if you cock the shutter with the wind lever, then press the button next to the shutter release and rotate the lens a few degrees.
Impossible to find new ones. They only fit this model and haven't been made in decades. Used camera specialists like KEH in Atlanta, GA might have some.
Any store that sells Osram or Philips can supply the bulbs (globes). Fuses are available from any electronics store. They do not have to be silica filled.
