SOURCE: bwd relay

have you checked the battery and had it tested? usually it is a bad battery you might want to also try to bang on the starter if you can reach it with a hammer. If it starts then it is the starter. take it off and have that tested also.

Battery checks 12.83 on a volt meter, will not turn the motor over just klicks

Check the solenoid with a volt meter and make sure it puts 12 volts to the starter when button is pressed. If meter shows 12 volts then the stater probably needs starter cable lugs tightened, new brushes or the whole starter. If the meter shows low voltage when button is pressed then check the wiring and lugs between solenoid and battery. And some bikes may have a fuse that feeds the cable to the starter solenoid.

04 trailblazer wont start just a click all lights air and radio work

well having lights still means battery power is available but how much, check battery volts should be 12.5 volts, if battery volts below 10 volts the starter solenoid hold in and pull in winding wont be enough to drive starter solenoid and starter. if battery okay.make sure battery cables battery posts is clean from corrossion.if all is good, have starter and solenoid checked out at auto zone or advance auto parts.if you hear clicking under the hood look for faulty starter relay

When trying to start the car the engine won't even try to turn over. All you hear is a few quite clicks. Battery is working (all the lights come on, can turn on the radio ect.). Any help appreciated.

Make sure the battery cables are tight to the posts. The starter takes alot more current than the headlights and will require more tight of a connection.
