They connect to the JFP1 connectors on the lower right edge of the board. The power LED connects to the 2 and 4 pins, The HDD LED to the 1 and 4 pins, the reset to the 5 and 7 pins and the power switch to the 6 and 8 pins. The pins are numbered up down right to left like this.

Here is a link to the MSI site with the drivers. There are many different ones based on which operating system you are running. Also, download their MSI Live Update, I use it personally and it makes sure you have all of the latest drivers.

You may have to install or update drivers Most of the
drivers/software I get are from a web site driverguide.com you need to fill out
a free registration then search for the driver you need download it in a format
you can use install it and then most times reboot the computer
