I think you meant can't unlock my Acer. I fix laptops and I use www.unlockbiosrecovery.com to give me the bios master password for $20 and they guarantee it to work. They have not let me down yet. The bios master password clears the set bios password.

you will have to burn it to a disk as an ISO then you will have to boot from the disc During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed your password you will have change first boot back to your hard drive)

To boot from CD, simply start your laptop and then press F12 immediately, and you will be given boot device options, with out having to get into your BIOS setup.
