I have nokia n70..till yesterday it was working fine..it got switched coz its battery went off..today when i was chargin tried to switch it on..but the screen is nly white no display,its makind beep sounds,nd can hear the nokia startup music..but i cant make calls or nehin...jst there,s a white screen...plzzz plz suggest any solution..and can the phone memory b restored back..all msgs..contacts??????????

Try unplugging the power cord from the machine, let it set for a few minutes and try plugging in again. Sometimes this will reset the machine.

Just Format the phone by using this trick
Press and hold 3 keys i.e. Green, dial key, *, Star key, no. 3 , key on keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.Examine the battery backup of your phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 button i.e * + 3 + green just press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen shown........But in N series don't release the three button until the time set shown . original system and factory setting has also done automatically.There is no guarantee coz it might not work with some phone.............................................Try and Enjoy

Do YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM EVEN AFTER CHARGING FOR AN HOUR??then it must battery problem ie weak battery.Try with different nokia battery if it works then buy a new battery.contact mobile vendor.

chck the memory ,,and reboot the machn..thn c,,if nt tht remov the memory n clean it n put it bck and try

Power cycle the phone. Here's what you need to do:

1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the SIM card and the memory card.
3. Give for about 5 minutes and then put everything back.
4. Turn the phone ON.

If the problem still the same, you need to bring it to the Nokia Care Center for possible firmware upgrade.

have you tried putting the memory again? try removing the battery and then try switching it on again

the problem is due to a faulty battery.replace the same.i am sure it will do.
