After moving into house, I noticed that the cooling fan was not functioning. Further investigation showed that it was moving VERY slowly (0.5 rpm) while making a humming noise. I replaced the fan with the identical model and the recommended genuine part. However after fitting the same problem persists. I am not sure what to do next. Could it be the fan timing board? Could it be a blown resistor?
