Why would oil blow out all over the motor after adding oil in a 2000 Volkswagon beetle?
Two possibilities I can think of.. Dipstick not fully inserted... or is it possible that you have overfilled the crankcase with oil??? On my VW, I learned the hard way to take special care when checking the oil level with the dipstick... I had to fully remove the dipstick... clean it off... and THEN reinsert it... and pull it back out.. and then look to get an accurate oil level reading... It must have something to do with how the dipstick tube runs down into the crankcase....

you need to check the drivers door lock unit. this is a more common problem where the switch fails and the anti-theft system doesn't get disarmed by the door unlocking
SOURCE: 2000 volkswagen power window won't go up
the problem is the window clips that connect window to regulator, it is a very common problem and there is a factory recall for the clips that fail. return to your local realership and they will rebuild both doors regulators with upgraded clips

SOURCE: air conditioner blow warm air after freeon
you could have a leak in the ac system which would be why you had to add freon. take it to a repair shop and ask them to check fo rleaks because adding more freon wont fix your issue if there is a leak.

Very common for the coil pack to fail on this model, also the plugs are a pain to change and are often left, try these first.
