When I hit the V button, I get the little "loading" circle, but nothing else ever happens. I've checked the Wifi connection through "Network" on the menu, and it says it's fine, but nothing ever loads. I've tried resetting modem and router-nothing. Any other suggestions? It USED to work just fine with our current modem and router. Thanks!!
Amy, check your wireless connection by clicking the 5bars. Now it may show connected but may not have internet connection. Check that. Check cable connections if correct. GL

It will be one of two things or both - either your computer is not
setup for DHCP or your router is using the same IP address as your ISP
or both.
To check ISP IP address connect your computer to your modem then: from start => run => CMD (hit enter after this)
a command window opens, type "ipconfig /all" without the quotes.
The line with "IP address" gives you your ISP IP addr.
Compare this with what you get from your router manual if they are the same then do the following:
To
configure your computer to use a DHCP IP address, go to the Control
panel => network connections => Properties (right click on your
default connection) => double click Internet protocol (From general
tab) => (a new window pops up) from the general tab ensure that
"obtain an IP address automatically" is selected.
To change the IP address of your router check your manual and do the following:
IP Addr => 10.10.1.1
Sub net mask => 255.255.0.0
Default gateway => IP address from your ISP
Make sure to the router is set to act as a DHCP server.
You should be up and running.

Everything else is working through the TV, ie: Netflix, Amazon, etc. I'm not having trouble getting on with any other device in the house. Just that one part of the TV.
Oh, and I haven't tried to update anything. I'm not the computer literate person in the house...that's my hubby. heh
Amy, if all that works good, we now have to see why not the printer. So unplug the printer and plug the power cable to another outlet.Press the power button with a bit of pressure. If no light up,then the problem could be the switch. I suggest you contact support at hp. They are very helpful. If you have no warranty, they charge a small fee but find out how much. I also suggest you not try fixing the switch because that still is not dignosed. Goodluck.
But I'm not trying to print anything. I'm just trying to get my "smart" TV to get on the internet. My printer prints fine, except it leaves a shadow of whatever I'm printing on blank parts of the paper. heh
