Do you mean a physical/hard, on-the-tablet WiFi ON/OFF switch, similar to the POWER ON/OFF switch ? I don't think any tablet or smartphone has that. You turn on/off WiFi with a "soft" switch from Settings-->Network (or WiFi). Hope this helps.
If you can click on your wifi and pick "forget" do that and then restart the tablet and try again. If that doesn't work try going to settings and resetting it to factory then it will be like a new one, if you can do it without wifi some tablets wont let you past the wifi screen until you sign on.
When you reset the tablet your tablet wifi settings, wifi name and password will be erased. You have to detect your wifi on the tablet, connect to it and enter password right?
