Swap rotors around. Front first, test lift then if still grounded swap back ones around. Each corner counter rotates against its opposite and the blades are pitched either clockwise or counter clockwise.

The instructions that came with the toy are wrong. you have to turn on the remote first, then plug in the quad. Push left throttle up, then down. It should work now.

Hi,

Check the batteries are new or in good condition. Also charging time is approx. 30 mins check in the manual how long charge time is. We also have replacement USB mini chargers available.

Kind regards, Julian.

Stunt copter won't sync

I presume you have lights & sound on the controller when you turn it on - fourteen quick beeps and then a different toned fifteenth beep. The screen lights (blue). Insert the battery (lettering facing up toward the helo fuselage unitl it's seated all the way - an LED inside the fuselage, visible from behind, quick flashes and then begins a slower blinking.

Once the helo battery is inserted, turn on the controller, which starts the aforementioned beeping. On the last controller beep the helo's LED will stay lighted, indicating the helo & controller are synched.

I had a problem making sure the battery was inserted all the way into the helicopter. You'll know it's inserted properly when the LED inside the helo flashes.

Right out of the box yiboo uj 381 r/c helicopter. Copter charged and new batteries in the controller. Lights flash on the copter and flashing light on the controller but nothing happens. what's wrong

did you turn the radio on first. It must be powered up with the throttle stick at minimum. Turn power on and then move stick to maximum and back to minimum. The remote lite should stop flashing and then power on helicopter.
