I have found your problem here:
Error Codes Konica Minolta bizhub 163 Code C0F32
and it says:-
Code:- C0F32
Description:- Faulty ATDC Sensor
- The measurement taken by the ATDC Sensor (UN1) at a time 2.0 sec. after the Main Motor (M1) has started turning is less than 5% (greater than 4.63 V).
- The measurement taken by the ATDC Sensor (UN1) at a time 2.0 sec. after the Main Motor (M1) has started turning is 19% or more (1.41 V or less).
Remedy:- 1 Check to see if developer is available. 2 Check the ATDC Sensor connectors for proper connection and correct as necessary. 3 Change UN1. 4 Run ?gATDC Auto Adjust. 5 Change PWB-A. 6 Change PU1.

, this is a Fusing Cooling Fan Motor malfunction, which suggests, I'm afraid, that you have to have it serviced.

ATDC sensor malfunction.Enter in the service mode :
press the Utility key press STOP 0 0 Stop 0 1
select CLEAR DATA then select I/C counter and reset the counter press C.to exit press panel reset.

Hello,

ATDC sensor has detected some low readings. The ATDC sensor measures the toner level inside the developer unit. Try swithcing on/off, open/close the front door to clear the error code.
If this doesn't work, you'll need a technician to reset the ATDC level.

ATDC setting error - COF32, run F8 & use actual value, do not reduce setting value. open sie cover to reset.

to remove code "COF32" from your machine, simply change the developer with the new one. code will remove.
