SOURCE: how do i listen to

The Plantronics Explorer 330 doesn't have the A2DP technology (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) for streaming music, you need to look for a headset that has the A2DP Bluetooth profile built in like the Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and the new Plantronics M50. The Plantronics M50 is a new model which is now available. For more information these two new models, please see the links below.

SOURCE: cant listen to music on my motorola i1 &

Plantronics Explorer 233 Bluetooth headset does not support the Bluetooth profile Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP). Your Bluetooth device and your phone both need to support A2DP profile, without this Bluetooth profile your devices are not capable of streaming music.

How do I listen to music through the bluetooth

Listen to music with the Plantronics Explorer 220:

Unfortunately the Explorer 220 was not designed for music, it does not have the technology built in to stream audio. Headsets must have the Bluetooth A2DP profile and technology to be able to stream music. Like the Plantronics Voyager Pro+ and BackBeat models. Here are the links for these below.

Is the plantronics 330 compatible w/ new Mytouch 4G T-Mobile?

If your phone has bluetooth capability, it is compatible, however the 330 does not have A2DP for music streaming, which you might want in a new cell phone. A Plantronics M1100 is similar to that style of headset, you might want to look at the link below.

My plantronics 330 is paired to my iPhone 4. It works fine with the phone, but with no other applications. I want to hear the mapquest voice directions on my iPhone through the ear piece but it doesn't...

If you would like for your Bluetooth headset to stream music or any other audio applications to your phone, the Bluetooth profile in both devices must support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) for audio streaming. Unfortunately the Explorer 330 does not support this newer technology. I would suggest updating your headset to a newer model but remember your phone must also support A2DP. The Plantronics Voyager Pro+, Voyager Pro HD & the M1100 Bluetooth profiles support A2DP. I will include a link for Bluetooth headsets below.

When I cmate the bluetooth to the cell phone (motorola Razor) I can not hear the caller. They can hear me but I have to listen from the phone to hear them. Did I connect wrong?

Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, delete any pairing information for your Explorer 330 headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Explorer 330 User's Guide.

Re; Plantroncs 330 headset. Seems to lose charge

Unfortunately the Plantronics Explorer 330 is an older Bluetooth headset and the internal battery is probably just wearing out. Take a look at the Plantronics M20 (see link below), it would be a good replacement headset.
