a.) If your machine starts grinding and then saws message that there is no beans there is damage to grinder sensor.

Unplug it to disconnect the electrical power.
Reconnect it.
Look for a "sensor" that determines when the hopper is filled -- is that "gummed-up" or "jammed" ?
Most older and traditional
bean bags are filled with this material; however, newer chairs are filled with
high density foam, which conforms to your body and then springs back into
original shape once you get up.
Traditional
bean bag chairs are filled with polystyrene
beads. Polystyrene beads are good for
filling because they are light and resist compression. They form to your body making bean bag chairs
comfortable to sit in.
This sounds like the grinder is not strong enough to grind properly. Try adjust the grind to a bit coarser, if this makes no difference then the bearings inside the grinder may gone. Try only fill a small amount of beans in the container and see if it works. It may be that when there is too much of a load on it it will not spin the blades.
On my machine remove water tank, remove crip / coffee bin, remove mach and wash. Tip machine on its side (turned off) using a small screw driver go around the coffee grinder and clear it completly, you will need a touch. Re assemble. First run with no beans and wait for the fill bean message, fill with beans off you go. Its only happend twice both with cheap beans
