My nokia n70 wont turn on now. it turned on up to 3 months ago but it was restricted,yea it was a used fone, but it was turning on,because it was restricted and wasnt needed rite away,it was put away. now it wont turn on,even when fully charged battery from another fone is placed in it

try to buy a new battery for that and keep your phone to lock so that it wont open their lights everytime your not using it.
another tip: drain your battery before charging it and make a full charge after you use it. hope that helps
Hi You can reformat your unit.. just follow this instructions. just off the fone then, press together the key no. 3 Astiris and phone in.. press in sustained position then turn on the power switch then you can see your fone is starting to reformat...

Well the only solution for you is go to the nearest nokia true care or any Nokia priority and ask them to flash your phone.
If ur phone's under warranty then it'll be done for free or they'll charge you 200 rs/-
