a body control module(bcm) is used to control radio, a/c heater control, interior light system, power windows, power door locks.

Time delay relay is the relay that allows the interior dome light to remain on for a brief time when you enter or leave the car.Usually the lights will remain on for a few minutes and then dim down and finally off.

It sounds like the daytime running lights were put on that circuit and the relay removed to keep them on constantly.
This sounds like a time and material repair that a shop will have to do. Tracing the wiring installed by the previous owner may be required to find out what was done.

there might be corrosion on the ends of the fuse holder check that or try tuner cleaner before inserting the fuse.could also be a short in the fuse holder.

There is a switch on the dash that adjust the glowing of the dash lights. This switch maybe turned all the way up and may need to be readjusted,

body control module and these are common issues with chrysler products.

try and check for small lighting...under hood light, trunk light...maybe those turn off buttons could be stuck in. Or, maybe you have map lights under the rear view mirror on?

Also had no radio but flashing bass/treble indicator lights. As suggested by another post, I disconnected neg. batt. cable and pulled the "interior cluster" fuses, re-set them and then reconnected batt. cable. This fixed the radio.

I had the same problem a few months ago. If you locate the pressure switches on the door frames (which are pushed in as the doors are closed to switch off the lights) you will see that the centre of each switch is adjustable. Working on each of the doors, if you carefully pull the centre of the switch out slightly and then close the door the switch should then adjust itself and create the contact needed to switch off the interior lights.
