Cant turn on image stabilizer - Sanyo VPC-X1250 Digital Camera

It sounds like the image stabilization feature on your Canon 10x30 IS binoculars is not working properly. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

in auto it wont be there as its on by default, you cant turn it off. but put the camera in P mode or any manual mode and it will let you turn it from one shot, continuous or off.

This worked for me: I turned the ISO to 800 and set the flash to "auto" - even in quite bright light the flash still goes off so I'd definitely try this. To turn the image stabiliszer off, press the "unlock" button next to the shutter on the side of the phone.

This camera is going to shut that feature off each time you shut the camera off. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to "lock it" in on this model. Sorry.
