When you are in recording menu, third line in the menu says Photo Stabilizer. But if tat one is grated out, that means it is not available. The manual never says anything about the stabiliser function.
So if your camera allows you to stitch between stabiliser on or off, please let me know.

Canon 10x30 IS binoculars problem

It sounds like the image stabilization feature on your Canon 10x30 IS binoculars is not working properly. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Make sure the batteries are properly inserted and charged. The image stabilization feature requires power from the batteries to work.
  2. Try resetting the binoculars by removing the batteries for a few minutes, then reinserting them.
  3. Make sure the binoculars are being held steady and that you are not moving too quickly or shaking excessively. Image stabilization works best when there is only slight movement or vibration.
  4. Check that the image stabilization switch is turned on. The switch is located on the top of the binoculars near the focus knob.
  5. If none of these steps work, it is possible that the image stabilization mechanism itself is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. Contact Canon customer support or a professional camera repair technician for assistance.
It's worth noting that image stabilization is not a perfect solution and may not completely eliminate all movement or shaking in your images. It is designed to reduce the effects of minor movements and vibrations, but cannot compensate for large or rapid movements.

Lg viewty camera flash not working

This worked for me: I turned the ISO to 800 and set the flash to "auto" - even in quite bright light the flash still goes off so I'd definitely try this. To turn the image stabiliszer off, press the "unlock" button next to the shutter on the side of the phone.

Exilim digital camera EX-Z850/image stabilization

This camera is going to shut that feature off each time you shut the camera off. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to "lock it" in on this model. Sorry.

MEGA Optical Image Stabilizer

The MEGA Optical Image Stabilizer helps correct hand movement from shaky hands, one of the main reasons why cameras produce blurry images. Lumix® Digital Cameras with MEGA Optical Image Stabilizer technology have a built-in gyrosensor that detects any hand movement and relays a signal to a tiny microcomputer inside the camera, which instantly calculates the compensation needed. A linear motor then shifts the Optical Image Stabilizer lens as necessary to guide incoming light from the image straight to the CCD. You won't even notice it working—all you'll see are the outstanding results!
