YOU CAN ADD YOUR MAIDEN NAME ON TO YOUR PROFILE. YOU COULD EDIT IT FROM THE ACCOUNT SETTING ON FACEBOOK AND ADD YOUR MAIDEN NAME ON TO IT.

How do I display an alternate name (ex: nickname, maiden name) on my Timeline? If you'd like to list a second name on your account (ex: maiden name, nickname, professional name), you can add an alternate name from your account settings.
To display an alternate name:

1. Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Settings.
2. Click General in the left column.
3. Find the setting Name and click Edit to the far right.
4. Enter your alternate name. Learn about our alternate name policies.
5. Check Include this on my Timeline to have your alternate name listed on your Timeline. Otherwise, it will only help people find you in search.
6. Click Save Changes.

Note: If you checked the box to have your alternate name listed on your Timeline, it'll appear next to your name at the top of your personal Timeline. It'll also show up next to your name in search results and any friend requests you send. If you have a large number of followers, you may be prompted to verify your account when you add an alternate name to your Timeline.

How do I change my name? You can change your name or add an alternate name (ex: nickname or maiden name) to your account. To edit your name:

1. Review our name standards
2. Click in the upper-right corner of any Facebook page and select Account Settings
3. Click General in the left column
4. Look for the Name setting and click Edit to the far right
5. Type in your name and save your changes

Keep in mind:

• To help make sure that everyone uses their real name, we limit the number of times you can change your name.
• If you weren't able to change your name, we may be able to help.

Click on Account>Account Settings>Name

Click the "change" link. You can now add your maiden name in it.

On the right hand corner of your facebook page you will see the account tab. Please click in the following sequence : Account - Account Settings - Name - Change - Last name .Here you have to change your last name to your maiden name. It will take approx 24 hours for changes to take effect as per FB guidelines.

go to edit profile and put your name

In the main page click with your mouse onto Settings and choose Account Settings.On the screen appears a table. Click onto Settings in the table. After that click onto Name and write the name you want. Click onto button Change Name under the fields containing your name.
