I am in a very precarious situation. I had to resign from my position working for the county of san diego, due to PTSD. My disability was exhausted in april and had to apply for Federal long term disability. My disability may b manageable at some point in the future, but for now i am unemployed, on County Aid, and persistent in continuing my treatment. Now, /when my i ran out of funds, i had no place to go and a peer i met in 'sober living' suggested i move in with her to care for her temporarily as she was having surgery...I moved in April 2014.....then in exchange for housing, she suggested that i care for her three pets and the home....while she is incarcerated for a period of less than two years....i agreed reluctantly...i have signed on to the month to month lease.....i have not paid rent but have supplied food, allowed her use of my car, and housekeeping. the situation has become very scary and of course is a result of my choices in desperation and not dealing with a full deck of cards....she has exhibited agressive behavior and i feel that i am verbally harassed and stalked. So much more, but the bottom line is: what are my rights (i have not directly paid for rent) and liability (as isigned the lease) and do i have remedies should she continue her behavior till she is incarcerated. i am trying to find housing...actually since i came here in april....thank you for your time...

Its not a common problem but today's radiators have mostly plastic tanks on the sides which don't hold up to well to road vibration...also the car is 6 years old so that's not bad....good thing they caught the problem !!

While driving engine revs up and down

unfortunately this is a very common problem with the Broncos. I love my Bronco but I could do without some of the common problems. Revving up and down could be caused by a PCM module. If you look on any Bronco forum on the internet you will see very many people speaking about these common problems. When the Bronco is running in top shape you can't beat one. But when they start to have problems you will wish you never owned one. Lol.

1997 park avenue shuts off when driving, for no reason

There are a few common problems with these cars that could cause this problem. The most common is the crankshaft position sensor (located behind the crank pulley), second most common is the ignition module (underneath the ignition coils). Neither one will set a trouble code.

Where is the most common electricalground problem

the ignition module, and the crankshaft position sensor are two common ones.the 3.8 litre in your car has three coil packs.the module that drives the coil packs is a common problem.
check that all connectors are clean and tight.
if the air flow meter on the air intake assembly is faulty, the car will shut down just after starting.
the idle air control valve could cause a very low idle and stalling.

the best thing to do is use a scan tool to check the systems,as an o2 sensor that is faulty could make the computer lean out too much and the car will stall.
defects will be stored as a trouble code or DTC.
