I am new to the bizhub C250 and when scanning a document it puts the scan doc to a file that we have created on our server called "Scanned Documents" However it always saves the scan doc with its own file...

When you press the scan button and get the screen where you are selecting the location to send to there is a tab at the lower right corner called "scan settings". You touch that, then on the next screen there is a small tab at the bottom center called "file name". Touch that and you can change the file name from the default KMBS...... to whatever you want.

How do I synch up the C250 scanner with my computer?

Hello.

There is a USB port to connect the C250 directly with a USB cable. Then, install the C250 driver on your computer with the CD that comes with your C250.

Bizhub c252 screen won't register touch, plus says replace transfer roller... Any Ideas on cost for these problems? I purchased the beast for only $300, but I don't want to spend a ton fixing it.

touch screen is about 128 eur, transfer roller and tbu you can reset

FAXING CONFIRMATION

to disable tx confirmation report on a c250
1 press the utility/counter button
2 touch administrator setting
3 enter the password 12345678 and touch ok
4 touch fax setting
5 touch report setting
6 touch tx report
7 touch off
8 touch exit and return back to the normal copy screen

Print Fax Confirmation

The Bizhub C250 accepts the FK-502 Fax Expansion card like most other Konica Minolta Products so this data is relevant for many models. Below are the step to enable fax confirmation pages:

Press the fax button.
Press the Utility/Counter button.
Touch Administrator Setings.
Enter password (12345678) or (00000000) are the defaults.
Touch OK
Touch Report Settings.
Touch TX Report Settings.
Set TX Report to ON.
Close, OK, and/or Exit all the way out.

Press the button that says acessability and then press touch panel adjust in the screen.

Hi. There was no touch panel adjust option. The top option said screen mode but that wasn,t anything to do with the touchscreen?

the touch screen on most printing machines is a two layer device with a flat ribbon conector, in wich there's four leads..if u measure the resistance on it (even and odds) you'll find a resistance of .5k aprox. if it is not..u can try to repair the leads or the contact points with conductive ink .. :)
