SOURCE: weed wacker

check the fuek lines for hole and leaks, check the fuel filter and clean if necessary. remove the carbuerator and inspect the gasket; it should be soft and flexible, if it seems hard or brittle replace it. clean the carb with carb cleaner sray (available at any local auto parts store) and compressed air. make sure you get inside the small fuel rail holes. if that doesn't work have the carb repaired at a service center or replaced.

SOURCE: Ryobi weed eater head won't spin

Sounds like the clutch has taken a long trip south. If the clutch pads are not wore out, try some wd40 on the pad hinges.

Is there any company providing weed control services in Canberra?

Weed Control Services Canberra, Having lawn weeds is a normal and expected part of having grass. Once you have lawn weeds they can spread quickly so the sooner you get on to treating them the better!
Most weeds can be easily controlled by applying a selective herbicide which will kill the weed but not harm the grass. Depending upon the degree of infestation repeat applications may be required. Weeds such as Bindi are best treated before the plant sets seed and can be dug up and removed by hand.
Lawns that are dry, compacted and in a poor condition will be more susceptible to weed attacks. If you have any areas of lawn where there is damage or there is dead or dying grass, replace the turf to stop weeds from taking over the patch of ground.
The easiest way to prevent weeds from taking over your lawn is to keep your grass in a good condition. This involves ensuring your lawn is getting the required amount of water through natural rainfall and supplemented with watering in times of drought. Regular fertilizing with slow release fertilizer at least once a year will assist in keeping the lawn healthy. Regular mowing will also help to remove weed seed heads before they can mature and seed your lawn.

I need a weed killer to prevent grass and weeds growing in cracks on driveways and cracks in sidewalks etc.

I was a professional landscaper for 27 years in California. I would recommend that you look for some type of a soil sterilant, (which is a very strong weed killer, non-selective, such as Isotox). These are good for weed abatement in cracks and areas that you need more permanent weed solutions. Use caution, though, because these chemicals usually have long term effects, and could be washed into other areas that you may not want effected.

Need to know how to mix round up and water

Annual and perennial weeds can be controlled with a mixture of 6 fluid ounces of Roundup (12 tablespoons) per gallon of water. Small weed seedlings can be killed with half this strength: 3 ounces per gallon. When using Roundup Super Concentrate, mix 2.5 ounces (5 tbsp.) with a gallon of water to control most weeds and a half-strength solution for small weeds. Roundup Pro Concentrate is the strongest solution available. Spray a mixture of 2 ounces (4 tbsp.) on weeds and half that amount of concentrate on emerging plants. Since Roundup doesn't discriminate between weeds and other plants, use the least amount of herbicide possible to protect desirable vegetation.
