If they are hard buttons, meaning not (software) then yes. The digitizers are usually pretty expensive $100+ and you will need tools to open the tablet. ifixit.com has tools. You may need to get the parts from ebay though.
Turn the tablet all the way off, press and hold the VOL - and power at the same time for 8 to 9 seconds, it will show a green android guy with a system recovery menu. Use vol - to go down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset, press the power button to select it, go down to 'yes' to confirm, press the power button to select it, it will wipe the tablet, you then press the power button on 'reboot system'.
It might be the version of the Android on it. If you use Android 2.1, then you have to upgrade it to Android 2.2, then you will be able to play Flashcontent. But bad news is, that you have to wait, until Coby releases an Android 2.2 upgrade for Kyros (http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/3663-coby-kyros-7015-tablet-questions.html), because if you upgrade your tablet PC from elsewhere, then it might be malfunctioning.
