you need to set keybord back to US defults if you msg back with the Operating system you are using and type of pc/laptop keybord i can guide u threw it
hey man go in control panel-regional and language options-keybords and language-change keybords(and there change u keybord language),If this dosent work try to unistall u keybord drivers and install them again.
install keybord driver properly.
if u have keybord hardware pro.then u must have to go shop.
also check tab.num lock shift caps lock not jamming.

The "A" signifies it as a capital key
The 1 signifies it as a number key
Being a cheaper model it does not have that feature.
Did it come with an installation disk?
Maybe when you install it the cap lock and number lock will be on the computer screen in the system tray.
Some do that.
If not you may want to take it back and get a more expensive one. One, that has the features you like.
