In the list view of sent emails. hover your mouse on the recipient to see the detail.
When you open an email in the sent messages, you can click on the little arrow drip down next to "to:" in the message to see the recipient names.
If you have never communicated with the person before (they are not in your contact list) the only thing you will see is the email address, not the name.
Follow the steps if u wanna know the IP which has sent u an email::

4-Now u will see a number of received from entries.Look for the last entry. This is the IP from where the message was sent
There is a way to automatically send emails sent to one email address to another.
If you want all your gmail to be sent to your yahoo mail, log on to your gmail account first, and then follow the instructions below:
To forward all new emails:
Click the gear in the top right.
Settings.
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click Add a forwarding address in the "Forwarding" section.
Enter the email address you want to forward to.
For your security, we'll send a verification email to that address. Open your other email account and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team. If you're having trouble finding it, check your Spam folder.
Click the verification link in that email.
Back in your Gmail account, reload the page in your web browser - look for the reload icon .
Forwarding and POP/IMAP page in Settings, check thatForward a copy of incoming mail is selected and your email address is in the drop-down menu.
In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages after they're forwarded, such as keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox (recommended) or archive Gmail's copy.
If you no longer want to automatically forward your mail, follow these instructions:
Open the Gmail account that you forward from.
Click the gear in the top right.
Settings.
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Select Disable forwarding in the "Forwarding" section.
Click the first drop-down menu after "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" and check for any addresses listed as "(in use by a filter)." To disable the forwarding filter, choose the Remove option.
I would try to open gmail in either the Safari browser or download Chrome browser and try in that browser. See if you can at least get to your gmail.com account via browser. I assume you are trying to download your gmail.com to a Apple app on your Mac?
First of u should know about he limit of attachment, if its ur orgazniation email account then u should ask for the attachement sending policy most organizations r allowing only 5 mb attachment to send, if you r using gmail with outlook then gmail will allow u to send up to 20 mb attachment. before u cancel the message from the outbox u need to cancle the send/recive once that cancled u will be able to easily delete the message from outbox.if you r not able to open outlook u need to close ur outlook from taskmanager , open the process tab and close the outlook.exe session. or you can restart your computer and open ur outlook. u can open ur outlook safe mode to delete that sending file.
On the left hand side of your gmail window there is a sent mail link. If you click on that it will show all the mail you have ever sent. From here you can find the email you sent, open it up and copy the message from it to send to someone else. *** for getting the email message back, unfortunately that is impossible, once a message is sent there is no getting it back. Sorry.
Good Luck and vote for me if this answer helped you out.
Cheers.

press the Delete Forever which is just next)
