Vtech dect 6.0 missed calls show on caller id. I want to remove. This is a phone from T-Mobile for their @Home Service but they don't know squat

Hey geowinnick,

To remove "missed calls" on phone, press and hold "OFF" button on handset. This should remove "missed calls" message.

Have her dial *82 before she dials the home number. If that works she has the cell phone set to block her number. *82 should unblock it for just that one call.
