How do I do a factory reset on a t mobile sparq cell phone, hoping to solve a white screen, that is not permanent yet and the phone still comes on but occasionally will go to white screen and the clock is not the correct time neither, so I am hoping maybe it's a simple fix instead of a slow death. LOL

first try to reset Factory Setting if problem not solve than need to flash with latest flash file, till problem not solve than its Hardware Problem, and to solve it visit a Mobile repair shop

Don't use more then time to put wrong codes Because it's allow a few try then it will be permanently locked after then you must be flash on your mobile. i give you the better way to get master reset code. I had this same problem in to my mobile i use this website mobile-unlocker.com to reset my mobile i fell this one is too good to use reset codes. You can also try to enter the DEFAULT NOKIA CODE: 12345 Try reset phone to factory defaults by entering *#7370# then select yes when asked about restoring to factory defaults. After the phone was restored to factory defaults, you can now enter new codes for your phone. Hope this helps.

First ...check if the problem is a software problem by resetting your mobile settings to FACTORY
SETTINGS.
You can Reset your mobile to Factory Reset by typing the code below on your mobile screen:
