CD Stuck in CD player

This is a "marine" CD player that is mounted in our hot tub. It has been stuck for awhile. The radio works, and when the CD source is on, it states that it is playing on the screen face but it is not. The CD is stuck. Need to know if there is a back way or if I need to take the face off and if there is a mechanism to manually eject it.

No - there is no manual eject. It must be disassembled to remove the CD. Your eject mechanism or motor has failed.
Sometimes tapping on the unit or removing it completely and doing it while level frees up a jammed mechanism - but otherwise the chassis must be disassembled.
Any repair shop will do it for about $20.

you have to open the unit cover to remove the CD, its probably tried to eject it and its past the point that shows one in the slot which is causing the player to say NO CD , once opened, use great care in moving anything, and keep track of where everything goes,

My JBL Marine Hot tub Sterio quit working suddenly?

JBL is at best a low quality marine grade brand of stereo. It is now garbage. I have worked on hot tub stereos for many years, PolyPlannar is the only one that is any good. If it was bought 30 days ago, where's your warranty?

I purchased a Catalina Hot Tub that has a KDC-MP228 installed. The radio works however the CD player does count, recognizing the disc however there is no audio coming from the pop up speakers located on...

It sounds like the stereo has got some faulty circuitry internally. You'll need to replace the unit to be able to listen to CDs in your hot tub. you may want to look into getting a marine radio as a replacement. I'm sure this will be more suited to this application and is probably the kind that should have come with the tub in the first place. I hope this helps and good luck!
