What does it mean when your portable charger is blinking blue? The charger senses this battery condition and as part of it's features gives the blinking indication to say cannot charge this battery. ... A steady charge light usually means that the battery is charging and a blinking light shows that it is charged.
In BlackBerry LED indicator blinks in different colors to deliver different notifications to the user:
Blinking RED: The LED indicator blinks red whenever you have incoming or waiting communication messages on your phone - new email, new call or missed
call,
Blinking GREEN: this is Coverage Indicator light. This lets you know you are connected to a network.
Blinking BLUE:If your phone is connected to a Bluetooth device, such as a Bluetooth headset it blinks blue.
Blinking YELLOW: A blinking yellow light means it is time to charge your BlackBerry
My answer is based on the model number here-AV-56WP74 or similar--blue light blinking is shutdown to protect the power supply in the set.
A few questions you could answer:
before this happened was screen red (too much) or had colors skewed or a little 3d looking?
The most common issue on this set if that is convergence and it can easily escalate to where it shuts the set down and blue blinks constant.
There is a simple way to confirm or deny that issue--Got someone willing to try that? Set will be unplugged and entire front grill under screen removed to try it(I can tell you how and what to do)
If no skill at all--consult a shop--if want I will answer questions or comments you post on this page--(add a comment button)
The notification lights indicate: Blinking Blue - Bluetooth On Blinking Yellow - WiFi On Blinking Green - GSM (Phone) On Blinking Red - Unread message Continuous Red - Charging
Blinking green when your GSM (phone) is on is the expected behavior.
That's just a system indicator flash. Solid blue means on and normal, blinking means someone either turned on the system indicator in the management software or bumped the indicator switch on the back of the server. This was designed to make easier transitions from back to front when working with multiple servers in a rack. To turn the indicator off, just go to the back of the server and find the Ethernet and usb ports that are together. If the usb is the bottom and Ethernet port is the top then just to the right you should see a small blue blinking light and a button, pushing the button wil turn the blinking off.
Again, no worries this is just a "locator beacon" not an error message, if the light ever blinks yellow then you have an issue.
Start with your headset turned off. Press the talk button on the
headset. Hold it until you see the light on the headset begin to
rapidly blink red, blue, red, blue, red, blue, etc. Let go, the light
should continue to blink red and blue. Go into your phones blue tooth
menu and search for the headset. The phone will only find the headset
if the headset is in pairing mode (blinking red and blue). The pass key
is 0000.
Press the mute/program button, then press the caller ID-volume button to select handset setup. Next press caller ID-volume until you get to Default settings. Use the caller ID-volume button to select 1yes. This will return the phone to the factory settings and for took care of the blinking blue light, however you will loose any custom setting or numbers you entered.
