Dlp chip after replacing

you will need to pull the chip out & clean out the dust & other foreign particles that were allowed to fall in & lightly brush off the chip (with a very soft brush, again to remove dust & foreign particles.

What is going on my toshiba dlp projector image is with lot of sand grains

Sounds like either a bad DLP chip, or dirty optics. If the "sand grains" seem to "multiply< then you DO have a bad dlp chip, some mirrors are "sticking".

How to fix my 65" toshiba white pixel problem

Thats caused by the DLP chip. Unfortunately most Toshiba models will end up having to have both the DLP chip and the formatter board replaced at the same time to fix the issue where as other models only require replacing the DLP chip alone to fix the white dots issue

White dots appear across the screen

if you have a samsung, mitsubishi, toshiba etc DLP the white dots are caused by stuck mirrors on the dlp chip. so the dlp chip will need replacement

White spots

Replace the DLP chip at cost between $160-$300 for the part and about two hours of your own time to do it.

How to install toshiba dlp light chip

This is a part of folk lore, the DLP display "chip" is not available from the company who made this (or for that matter any other brand) and even if it was you would need the $1,000 plus desoldering station to attempt its replacement.

What is your problem? dots? if that is it the answer is either buy a optical light engine or buy a new set.
