I had the same problem with a new kitchenaid range which they have agreed to replace after 1 month. Oven shut off a couple times while baking and feature not available displayed when trying to turn on oven again. I tried starting clean cycle and waiting a couple minutes for element to heat then cancelled clean cycle. Oven worked fine after this but this shouldnt be a solution, obviously something not wired right.
If the top works and the bottom doesn't I would say either your igniter is bad, if it's gas and if it's an electric it could be the timer that turns the coils on and off.
oven will not heat up. microwave works fine. alloven will not heat up. microwave works fine. all the led light up fine. was working fine for the last 4 years. oven will not heat up. microwave works fine. all the led light up fine. was working fine for the last 4 years. checked the circuit breaker and it is fine. is there a thermal fuse i can check. where is it located
HI, you will need to replace this faulty ECC. the chip set that is soldered on this board is damaged as well as the led display. replacing the Electronic Clock Control will fix this issue.
the control board is fine and this explains why the oven is still functional. its the ECC that is faulty.
sun, first test is to power the unit down. Find the pair of breakers which are generally 40 or more amperes. Turn them both off and back on. If this doesn't fix it, you will probably need a circuit board.
