Save .json to desktop, drag browser window smaller from lower right edge till you can drag the .json into opened window., doubleclick titlebar to restore browser full size. In the tab that opens with .json data, click the bookmarklet. Another tab should open with links. You can save as .htm by right click "save page as" web page complete.

I have an IMAC and all of a sudden yesterday I cannot scroll down on facebook account!

Ruth, the solution would be to reset firefox back to its factory settings. First you will want to export your favorites and make sure that you have all your passwords for all your favorite sites documents.

To back up your bookmarks you will:
1. Click on Bookmarks under the bookmarks menu or under the orange firefox menu in the upper left hand corner.
2. Click on "Import and Backup" this menu will allow you to export your bookmarks to an HTML file, save that to your desktop.

Now that we have your bookmarks saved we can reset your browser.
1. Click on the help menu or in the upper left hand corner click on the firefox menu then help.
2. Under the help menu you will click on Troubleshooting information.
3. On the new window that opened you will see in the upper right hand corner a button that says "Reset FireFox" you will click that button and allow it to complete.

That will restore FireFox to it's original settings, allowing all your pages to load correctly.

To restore your bookmarks you will
1. Click on the bookmarks menu or the orange FireFox menu in the upper left hand corner select bookmarks.
2. Click on show all bookmarks.
3. Click on import and backup
4. select your backup file on the desktop.
That will restore all your bookmarks to your browser.

I hope this helps, please let me know the outcome.

Lost all my Firefox bookmarks after using MacKeeper to remove an "old" version of Firefox

Honestly I'm not sure they are retrievable if they've been deleted but hopefully someone else might be able to offer something. Here is what I can offer though, in the future save your bookmarks as a json file and they'll always be safe. Just continue to save as you update them. This is how I was able to transfer mine between laptops when I bought my Acer 5 years ago and I still have it on my flash disc.

How do i import my bookmarks from firefox to safari

Hello. To import your bookmarks from your Firefox browser, choose "organze bookmarks" on the Bookmarks drop down menu at the top part of your firefox browser (or alternatively use ctrl+shift+B). This will open another window labeled "Library"; where all your bookmarks will be shown. From the "import and backup" drop down menu select "export HTML.."; a window pops up that will allow you to export/save your bookmark to a preferred location (Desktop, preferably). After which, open Safari, hit "File" then choose "import bookmarks" and just select the file that you earlier saved.

I HAVE AN ASUS EE PC 901(LINUX). WHEN I BOOT IMMEDIATELLY A FIREFOX WINDOW OPENS MANY TIMES WITH THE HELP PAGE. THIS HAPPENS ALSO AFTER I CLOSE THIS WINDOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You MAY have it set up to remember the previous tabs and it keeps adding and collecting more and more tabs.
Your options are:
1)go into the firefox Tools - Options and

2)go into firefox, select Bookmarks - Organize Bookmarks - and then Export the bookmark file to your desktop. Then remove Firefox from your computer entirely using Add Remove softare from the control panel. Also you will need to restart the computer and rmeove c:\Program Files\Mozilla. Download the new mozilla, reboot the computer and then reinstall the firefox program.
