Remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.
First take the battery out for a second. then put it back in and put the charger in the hole on the phone. Hold the start button and it should say phone charging. Glad I could Help!

you will see a list of downloads. Some of them are freeware and some you have to pay for, choose which ever one your comfortable downloading. This will allow you to synch everything, calender, photos, ect. Good luck, if this helps you plz take the time to rate this . Thank you kindly.
What the person above said is so totally NOT true... i unlocked my phone by going online and searching for a way to unlock it... i can now do it anytime i forget my unlock code... It was a free and hassle free way of doing it... So there is a free way you DON'T have to pay some person or thing to get a unlock code... Thanks
Hi there, I had this done before on my phone but not sure if it would work for you but i'll tell you what i done... Turn the phone off then turn it on again when the unlock code comes up push the menu button which will make it change to enter security code in (if you remember that code put it in) otherwise push 000000 and then push o.k... then you should be able to go into settings by again pushing the menu button changing it to security code and then go and change the unlock code... Worked for mine hopefully works for you.. Thanks
Hi there, I'm in NZ and i have the same phone... so i'll give my suggestion from NZ... 3G only works in certain areas so you will need to check the area you are in... If someone or you are calling someone via video call both people have to be in a 3G area zone.... I'm not totally sure how you check to see if you are in zone but i do know that you have to be in zone... I got 2.5g and couldn't connect to a video call so you have to be in full 3G to be able to use 3G... Thanks.
someone help please cant do without my phone
