My refrigerator shows a code "OF" or "0F" where the temperature is usually displayed. We tried to put it back to the temperature display but it kept coming back to "OF" or "0F". We unplugged the refrigerator 1/2 hour to permit it to reset but it doesn't work, the same "OF" or "0F" still displays. The light opens when we open the doors, the temperature is now 9.4 Celcius(13.5 Farenheit) in the fridge side and -9.3 Celcius(48.5 Farenheit)on the freezer side. we usually set the fridge to 4 Celcius and the freezer to -21 Celcius. What can I do ???
Cooling Off mode (also called Shop mode), is designed for use by retailers when they are displaying refrigerators on the shop
floor. In Cooling Off mode, the refrigerator's fan motor and lights work normally, but the compressors do not run, and
the refrigerator and freezer do not get cold.
To start Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver button and the Power Freeze button for 3 seconds during normal
operation.
The refrigerator chime sounds and the temperature display flashes OF OF.
To cancel Cooling Off mode, Touch and hold the Energy Saver and the Power Freeze buttons again for 3 seconds.

I have the exact same symptom with mine that is only 4 months old. I have a technician coming as soon as the part is available. The problem is the PCB control board. Samsung has corrected a known issue with the original and has manufactured a new one. This is a known issue and thus the part is hard to get. I have, however found a temporary fix. Unplug the machine for about a half an hour. I haven't figured out how long to do it exactly but when you plug it back in it should read PF for power failure. It's the equivalent of a reboot for your pc. I got about 3 days of service from the machine before it stopped spinning again. Another reboot and I'm back in business.

there is a chance that there is something stuck inside the drain pump.use a shop vac attach it to the end of the drain hose remove all the water.unplug the unit and plug it back in this should unlock the door. check the drain pump for foregin objects such as small nails bobby pins,drill bits anything that could stop the impellar wheel from turning.if there is nothing in it then you might have a bad drain pump.
