Seems that in gear it runs fine yet in park or neutral it screeches and I have no poer to the windows or indicators yet radio goes any help would be appreciated
Sounds like your alternator and/or alternator bushings/bearings may have failed or are failing which can/will affect electrical system. The accessory belt (runs more than the alternator) will squeal when under no load like park or neutral. If the bearings/bushings fail in any accessory on the belt path the same noise can occur.
Screeching could be cam belt and ur electrics windows and indicators check fuses

SOURCE: passat front screeching noise when rolling in gear
The loud screeching sound is made on purpose!
The front brake pads have a metal "screecher" that rubs against the brake rotor (harmlessly) and makes a screeching noise to warn you that the brake pads are worn to below specification.
Replace the front brake pads with "SEMI-METAL" pads because you mention "hills". Semi-metal brake pads have the best wear life and they remain "cool". Hot brakes don't grip. Replace them soon so you don't have to replace the rotors, too.
Check the rear brakes, too. The rear brakes don't have sensors.
Hope this helps!

If the belt is not tense enough it will squeal, so make sure it's tight enough. Otherwise you can use a stethoscope or long screwdriver up to your ear to isolate the source of the noise.
