It is not possible to recover the BIOS password, if you remove the CMOS battery the password is wiped, but this requires that you open and possibly disassemble your laptop which requires a certain level of skill so you don't break anything.

You've got yourself a broken keyboard. More than likely the connection from keyboard>mainboard is worn or broken, resulting in failure during use.
