My virgin mobile mifi modem will not work. The indicator light on the side of the device will not light up at all , the green light on the power button works , but thats it. when i log in to the mifi page it says "searching' . It seems like the modem will power on , but not transmit. The service is paid up and it was working earlier today. can this be resolved or does this seem like a hardware problem?
