Anthony, you did not list a model #. If you would it makes it eassier to determine what may have happened with your Samsung TV. An LCD would start with LN46----.
I have had screen issues with some samsung product. As well as other makes of televisions that use Samsung 46 inch dislay lcd.

could be a normal thing--some sets refresh rate is too slow for fast moving/changing signals.

See if it has the issue with a different set--and or take the Xbox to where you bought the set and hook it up to see if same with another brand or model--either it is the set or a mismatch between the two units.

That tv can receive different standards of signals - my guess is that the correct one for your country got changed somehow.

Ur tv been in use at least 1 1/2 or 2 years.On about 4 or 5 hours a day on this tv?The LED light indicator "LAMP" flashes?The projection bulb life is over.Require a new bulb.

the power supply board is starting to fail and needs to be replaced. call 1-800-samsung for nearest service center.

It's seems your backlight lamp is burnt out... if you are still under warranty... call the mfg. up and get a replacement lamp.
